Food Hygiene Refresher Course (4 hours) 

For persons already holding an Elementary level qualification that is 3 to 5 years old, depending on work activity. Three = High Risk Activity. Five = Low Risk Activity.

Workbook led, group led approach.
Identify gaps in knowledge.
Fill in the gaps, using training skills.
Assessment part must be completed under exam conditions.
Persons that fail should be advised to do a full course again.
